A significant blow to the Russian army in Zaporizhzhia sector: AFU destroyed dozens of occupants

Defense forces defeat occupants who tried to assault in Zaporizhzhia sector

On February 17, Russian troops attempted to launch an offensive in the Zaporizhzhia sector. About 30 dozen vehicles and a large number of manpower were sent to the attack.

The offensive ended in defeat for the Russians: Ukrainian soldiers destroyed more than half of the enemy's equipment, and the invaders' losses in manpower in wounded and killed reached 150 people. This was reported by the Operational Command West.

They noted that 30 pieces of military equipment and "quite a large number of enemy personnel" were involved in the Russian offensive.

However, the attempt ended in defeat for the occupiers. They lost about 70 soldiers, and more were wounded.

"Defense forces in the Zaporizhzhia sector defeated the Russian offensive yesterday. 18 pieces of equipment (including 3 tanks) were destroyed. About 70 occupants are now enjoying Kobzon's concert (killed), and 80 are booking tickets (wounded). After the offensive, the Russians retreated to their previous positions," the military command emphasized.

The military also published footage of the spectacular clearing of Ukrainian land from Russian invaders.

"The much-hyped Caesar Kunikov offensive in the Zaporizhzhia sector has collapsed, as has the eponymous military command post... We are working! We are destroying the enemy!" the West command assured.
