"Yaryk is 'on the move'. Aliyev showed Rakitsky's face during a trip to Donetsk region and caused a violent reaction from fans

Famous former Dynamo Kyiv footballer Oleksandr Aliyev and Shakhtar Donetsk defender Yaroslav Rakitskiy traveled to Donetsk Oblast. The 38-year-old Aliyev posted a joint photo on his Instagram.

In the frame, the former Ukrainian national team players pose in front of a stele at the entrance to the region.

"Yaryk is on his native land! You're handsome, brother," Oleksandr captioned the photo, provoking a lot of responses.

In the comments, Ukrainian fans drew attention to Rakitsky's expression. Some emphasized that Yaroslav was frightened by the situation.

"Yarik's face is a little scared," "Is Yarik's tank leaking? Well done," "Yarik is a change of pace," users wrote.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, Rakitsky left Russian Zenit a week after the start of the full-scale invasion, citing a "difficult family situation" as the reason. Yaroslav joined the club from St. Petersburg in January 2019.

Rakitsky left Russia for Turkey instead of Ukraine, where he signed a contract with Adana Demirspor, for which he played 9 matches and scored an assist.

On January 16, 2023, Yaroslav Rakytskyi signed a contract with Shakhtar Donetsk.

In June last year, Oleksandr Aliyev claimed that it was he who dissuaded Yaroslav from coming to Ukraine. Allegedly, Yarik wanted to come from Turkey, join the Armed Forces of Ukraine and fight against the Russian occupiers.
