Koloskov said this in a commentary to Metaratings.ru, reacting to the words of the President of the European Football Union (UEFA) Aleksander Čeferin about the desire to return the Russians to tournaments under the auspices of the organization. The Russian representative added that European teams had previously boycotted the decision to allow teams from the aggressor country to participate in youth competitions.
