Fans of London's Arsenal were furious with the decision of Ukraine's midfielder Mykhailo Mudryk to join their neighbours Chelsea instead of their team. The Gunners' fans literally attacked the footballer with insults and wished him death.
Mudryk himself spoke about this in an interview with the Bombardier YouTube channel. According to the Aristocrats midfielder, during an away game against Arsenal in the English Championship, the home fans shouted derogatory chants at him and tried to blind him with a laser.

"I didn't complain to anyone, I didn't say anything to anyone, but people think it's normal to write 'I want you to die' or 'Don't get in my way'. They wrote a lot of things. Did I go to their club and join Chelsea? What did I do to them?" - Mudryk said.
