Zozulya reacted to the bombing of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant

Former striker of the Ukrainian national team Roman Zozulya angrily responded to the bombing of the Kakhovka hydroelectric plant by Russian occupants on the night of June 6. The footballer of the Spanish club Rayo Mahadaonda called this act of terrorism by the aggressor country and its army an attempt to influence the counterattack of the AFU.

Zozulia wrote about it in his Telegram channel. He was not shy about expressing his views on Russian terrorists and called on his compatriots to remain silent about the operations of Ukraine's defenders to de-occupy the territories occupied by the Russian army.

The drone showed the dam of the Kakhovka HPP

"Early this morning, these bastards blew up the Kakhovka hydroelectric plant. Now Kherson region is being flooded. Civilians are suffering. The consequences of this catastrophe we cannot yet imagine. I think more than one settlement will be evacuated. Unfortunately, another proof that we are dealing with c*nts. The sc*m are afraid of a counterattack and are doing everything to postpone this moment. In order to ruin the plans of the AFU. But you and I understand that nothing can be stopped now. There will be an offensive. But there is no need to shout about it. The AFU has called for silence. Maintain it. Some morning we'll wake up and find out that our guys have gone forward," Roman wrote.

Water bursting out of the dam

Recall that as a result of the destruction of the Kakhovka HPP the water level in the Kakhovka reservoir began to drop rapidly. More than 80 settlements are at risk of flooding. President Volodymyr Zelensky called an emergency meeting of the National Security and Defence Council.

As reported by OBOZREVATEL, Ukrhydroenergo specialists said that the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant is completely destroyed and cannot be restored. They also published a map of settlements threatened by flooding.
