Ukrainian ex-Dynamo player moved to the famous English club
Luhansk Zoria striker Nazariy Rusyn will continue his career at the famous Sunderland English club, one of the oldest in the world (1880 year of foundation). The 24-year-old former Dynamo Kyiv player, who received a debut call-up to the Ukrainian national team in May, will try to help his new team return to the Premier League.
This is stated on the official website of Sunderland. Rusin signed a four-year contract with the Championship club, which can be automatically extended for one more season. The Black Cats are waiting for international confirmation of the transfer, after which the Ukrainian will be able to join the English club.
Sunderland sporting director Christian Speakman said the club had been watching Rusyn for a long time. "We are delighted to have concluded an agreement for his move to the club. He is a dynamic and intelligent striker who likes to use space and constantly influences the team by scoring goals and making assists," he emphasized.
Six-time champions of the country managed to sink to the third division of English soccer after the kick-off from the Premier League in 2017. Ukrainian striker Mykola Kukharevych, who defends the colors of Swansea, is already playing in the Championships.
As reported by OBOZREVATEL, Ukraine national team striker Roman Yaremchuk signed a contract with a famous Spanish club.
