Ukrainian coach, functionary and organiser of karting competitions killed in battle with Russian occupiers
Mykhailo Kravchenko, a well-known karting coach from Poltava, was killed in action for Ukraine, the National Motorsport Federation reports. The hero was 46 years old.
Mykhailo Kravchenko was a member of the FAU Karting Committee, an organiser and functionary at numerous karting competitions, and a coach of young pilots at the Ltava karting circuit.

After the start of the full-scale invasion, Kravchenko joined the Ukrainian Armed Forces. He served in the 58th Separate Motorised Infantry Brigade named after Hetman Ivan Vyhovsky.

Kravchenko is survived by his wife Alyona, son Pavlo and daughter Maria. Last year, the latter participated in the Ukrainian team at the FIA Motorsport Games.
