Ukraine has changed its mind about boycotting tournaments involving Russians. The Ministry of Sport has issued a new order

Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine has changed the wording of the order prohibiting Ukrainian athletes to perform at international competitions, where there are representatives of Russia and Belarus. Now our compatriots are forbidden to participate only in competitions where there are athletes from Russia and Belarus "under their national flag," reads the text of the new order.
Also, there will be no Ukrainians where representatives of the aggressor countries "use their national symbols or by actions or statements, express belonging to Russia or Belarus".
This means that Ukraine no longer boycotts those events where athletes from Russia and Belarus compete in neutral status.
Recall that this is the second change in the boycott order. Thus, on June 18, in the new version of the decree, the word "ban" was changed to "not to send" national teams to tournaments, where athletes from Russia and Belarus are present.
Earlier, the Ministry of Sports of Ukraine reported that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia has already died 300 Ukrainian athletes who changed their sports uniforms to pixels, took up arms and went to defend the homeland from the occupiers.
