"To sit quietly": Russian Olympic champion calls on Putin to "push all the buttons" and strike London
The head of the Russian Cross-Country Skiing Federation (RCRF), Elena Välbe, called for dictator Vladimir Putin to order the Russian army to strike Europe, including the UK. The three-time Olympic champion also felt sorry for the Kremlin leader, who is "tired of meanness, lies, and Western politicians."
Välbe said this in a patriotic frenzy in an interview with the propaganda news agency R-Sport. The head of the FLGR epically bent over before Putin, promising "if necessary, to go to the partisans, to attack, and anywhere," and also dreamed of "victory in all directions."
"I would have pushed all the buttons I could have pushed a long time ago if something had already driven right through the center of London and everyone had finally sat down and been quiet. I have to give him credit – he hasn't flinched a muscle. I believe that he must also be tired of all this – of meanness, lies, of Western politicians and diplomats who are not politicians or diplomats," said Välbe.
Earlier, she expressed confidence that Russian athletes would not return to international competitions until 2028 and complained about the attitude towards Russians in the West.
