"They will blush in front of us": Kadyrov's football club dreams of victory over Ukraine
The president of Grozny's Akhmat, Magomed Daudov, dreamed of Russia's victory in the criminal war against Ukraine, after which Russia would allegedly dictate its terms in sports. The head of the Chechen tyrant Ramzan Kadyrov's favorite club belligerently expressed the absurd idea that teams from the aggressor country will determine who can participate in international competitions.
Daudov said this in an interview with the propaganda channel Match TV. The member of the United Russia party and an associate of the regime of Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin added that after the return of teams from the Russian Federation to international football competitions, officials will be responsible for the suspension of aggressors.
"I'm sure that in the near future we will win the special military operation (as the war in Ukraine is shamefully called in Russia - ed.), we will put the leadership of these organizations in front of the fact, and we will have to give them permission to play with us or not. I believe that we will win, and these people will blush in front of us, in front of our players, for depriving them of their profession over the years. I'm sure everything will be fine," Daudov said.
As OBOZREVATEL previously reported, legendary German striker Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, saying that Russian "children are victims of war," supported UEFA's decision to allow the Russian youth team to qualify for the 2024 UEFA European Championship.
