The fans of the Ukrainian national team performed the national anthem of Ukraine with incredible enthusiasm before the match with Italy for the right to play at the 2024 European Championship. Despite the nominally home match in Leverkusen, the Blue and Yellows received incredible support.
The BayArena stadium prepared for the game in advance. Special modules in the colors of our country were prepared for the spectators in the stands, which the fans raised above their heads. The national anthem itself was entrusted to Serhiy Ivanchuk, an opera singer who volunteered for the cause after Russia's full-scale invasion began and came under fire in the Kharkiv region.
