The German national soccer team has lost to Japan. The friendly match in Wolfsburg ended with a score of 1:4. Since the European Championship 2024 will be held in Germany, Bundesteam does not play qualifying matches but prepares for the tournament through sparring.
The guests opened the scoring already in the 11th minute. Leroy Sane scored back eight minutes later, but Japan took the lead again in the 22nd minute.
The spectators saw the next two goals in the final seconds when few moments later FIFA No. 22 scored two unanswered goals against Ter Stegen.

German national team sporting director Rudi Voeller called the result a disgrace.
"We are all still in shock. A 1:4 defeat is a disgrace. We should all evaluate ourselves well and then see what happens next," Voeller did not hold back his emotions.
Hansi Flick's wards can't win for five matches in a row. On September 12, the German national team will play another friendly match against France.
"We don't have the right to f*** up. We are Germany. Nobody has to fear anything on Tuesday. The lads can win. They all play in the best clubs," Voeller remarked .
