Mudryk has been unsuccessful for Chelsea
Shakhtar Donetsk will receive 100 million euros for Ukrainian national team player Mykhailo Mudryk only if Chelsea wins the Premier League or Champions League several times. In this case, the guaranteed payment for the 22-year-old player is 70 million.
This is stated in an article by The Athletic. Mudryk's transfer to the London club, which was carried out in the winter of this year, was divided into two parts: guaranteed payment and bonus, which depends on the results of Chelsea and the player himself.
On top of the €70 million, Shakhtar is entitled to an additional five million for every final victory of the team in the national championship or Champions League. Given Chelsea's current performance and results, Mudryk's team cannot expect to win these trophies and the Donetsk club cannot expect to receive additional payments.
Experts naed Mudryk's four main problems in England, where he has registered only two assists in 20 games for Chelsea.
