Another training session of the famous athlete ended tragically

Popular Indonesian bodybuilder Justin Vicky died at a gym in Bali during a workout. The 33-year-old athlete was performing squats with a 204-kilogram barbell at the Paradise Bali gym.

During the next approach, Vicky was unable to get up. His assistant also couldn't do anything with the huge weight. Instead of throwing the projectile behind his back, Justin kept trying to lift it.

As a result, the vulture broke the athlete's neck vertebrae, damaging vital nerves of the heart and respiratory system (video 18+). Vicky was rushed to the hospital, but doctors could do nothing to avoid the tragedy.

"To our beloved Justin. Your impact on our lives is immeasurable. Your legacy will live on in the countless lives you touched, the transformations you inspired, and the love and passion you put into every moment we spent together. Rest in peace, dear friend. You will always remain in our hearts," Paradise Bali Gym said in a statement, quoted by Marca.

Justin Vicky's close friend Kahn Gede is shocked by what happened.

"Vicky was a wonderful person, respectful and outgoing ... He shared what he knew about bodybuilding and gave advice to his friends and asked them to take care of themselves without trying to push themselves beyond their limits. I hope Vicky rests in peace, next to God," Gede wrote.
