In 2024, the Pharmacy Group "Dobroho Dnia" will optimize its internal system to provide better and faster customer service.

Oleksandr Anikanov, Director of the Information Technology Department of the chain, said that the company is developing a new, more comprehensive system of customer support from the moment of purchase to the process of taking medicines.

For this purpose, the electronic reference book of comprehensive tips is being expanded, which will be used by pharmacists when dispensing goods and by CRM specialists for information mailing to customers.

According to the Director of the IT Department, this is a huge table of data on thousands of medicines, including antibiotics, drugs for people with chronic diseases, etc.

"The pharmacist will not only inform the client about the rules of administration but will also see all the information about warnings, etc. at once. For example, the patient needs to take one pill four times a day, what kind of diet is best to follow (exclude spicy foods, legumes, etc.), and what medications this medicine is incompatible with. After that, we will tell the patient through various communication channels - in a chatbot, SMS, e-mail - what else they need to pay attention to, what drugs will help, for example, to remove toxins, and give advice," said Anikanov.

According to him, it is also important that the introduction of such a system will affect the speed of dispensing drugs at the checkout, as the pharmacist will immediately see all the information, tips, and recommendations. This will eliminate the human factor that the pharmacist may forget to draw the customer's attention to some important facts.

"All our work is based on the idea of preventive care for the client's health, to raise awareness of health, so that Ukrainians do not buy medicines that are not suitable for them, and better understand the drugs they take. For this purpose, we have created the Academy of Sustainable Health on YouTube, and we call the pharmacies themselves Spaces of Health and Beauty. This is the construction of a new ecosystem for the customer, where the pharmacy is a comfortable area of care," emphasized the Director of the IT Department.

We emphasize that all these tips are only advisory, and every patient should consult a doctor to maintain their health.
