In Priluki, Chernihiv region, on June 27, a Ukrainian defender, who died in battles in Luhansk region, was bid farewell on his knees. Sergeant Anatoly Trofimov had been defending the country since December 2022, he was 41 years old.

As "Chas Chernigivskyy" reports, Anatoly was born on July 14, 1981, in the village of Orlivka in the Crimea. In 1984, his family moved to Sribne in Pryluky district, where he graduated from high school (to see the video, scroll to the end of the news).

Since 1999, he did his military service and received the rank of sergeant. He worked at the local branch of Ukrtelecom JSC.

Subsequently, he moved to the village of Pirogivtsi in the Pryluky district, and in 2010 he got married.

Worked at the Pryluky Tobacco Factory, colleagues remember him as a kind, cheerful and sincere man, always ready to help.

In December 2022, Anatoly Trofimov decided to join the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, serving in one of the units of the military unit A4123 as a gunner.

On June 23, during a combat mission in Luhansk Region, the warrior died. The hero was buried in the local cemetery in Pryluky.

- Performing a combat mission, 22-year-old Artem Sukhoviy, an activist from Cherkassy region, died. After the Russian invasion, he returned from abroad to join the ranks of the AFU.
