"A step towards a strong future": Odesa Military Academy demonstrates how officers are trained and names the key to success. Video

The Odesa Military Academy has shown how it uses the "perfect tool" to train future officers. It's a combination of high-intensity exercises, strength training and aerobic exercise - the latest advanced methods of functional training.

The video of the cadets' training was posted on the Facebook page of the Odesa Military Academy. The institution explained the need for such intensive training as military service requires a high degree of physical and moral stability.

The academy expressed gratitude to the Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, the Head of the Community organization "Association "Fit Group Ukraine" and the Head of the Military Academy (Odesa) for signing a Memorandum that made it possible to conduct such training.

"Together we are taking a step towards a healthy and strong future," the institution noted.

Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelensky showed how Ukrainian pilots and technicians continue to train on the F-16 Fighting Falcon single-engine light aircraft. Originally designed as daytime fighters to gain air superiority, they have evolved into all-weather, multi-purpose aircraft, and eventually such combat vehicles will be in service with the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
