Fire raged in Prykarpattia: there was an oil pipeline rupture with subsequent fire. Photo and video

A massive explosion occurred in the village of Strymba in the Ivano-Frankivsk region, causing the sky to be covered in black smoke. Five people, including two children, were injured in the accident on the oil pipeline.
According to OBOZREVATEL's sources at the scene, the situation is under control and the oil spill has been stopped. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine confirmed that the incident occurred as a result of a 150 mm diameter oil pipeline rupture (to watch the video, scroll to the end of the news).
The oil product spilled along a stream over an area of 100 square meters and caught fire, spreading to a private house. According to law enforcement, three people were injured. The valves on the pipeline are currently closed. The necessary services are working at the site.
Later, Nadvirna mayor Zinoviy said that the number of victims had increased to 5: three adults and two children. They are currently hospitalized.
As a reminder, on September 26, an explosion occurred in the Lubny district of Poltava region. There was a depressurization of the main gas pipeline. A column of fire and smoke rose into the sky.
As OBOZREVATEL previously reported, a fire broke out in a private residential building in Yahotyn, Kyiv region. While extinguishing the fire, rescuers found the body of the owner of the house.
