You are squeezing lemon juice incorrectly: a simple trick will make it easier
Lemon is a versatile fruit with unique characteristics that is often used to prepare main dishes and various marinades. Most often, it is lemon juice that is used, which is notoriously difficult to squeeze.
But it turns out that we've been doing it wrong all along. Now, thanks to a life hack from user X with the nickname Todayyearsold, you will no longer have problems squeezing lemon juice.
The only tool you'll need in this case is a toothpick, or something similar. In the video, the user pierces the bottom of the lemon, creating an invisible hole. Then he rolls the lemon a little in his hands and presses down on it, holding the fruit with the hole facing down.
Instantly, juice begins to flow out of the lemon under great pressure. This flow is easily stopped as soon as the author of the video stops pressing the lemon. Thus, you can get exactly as much juice from the fruit as you need to prepare a particular dish. Put the leftover fruit in the refrigerator and keep it there until you need it again.
