It's a mistake to think that coffee shops don't serve extra hot coffee just because they are worried about their customers and don't want them to get burned. In fact, the reason is quite different.

Mirror spoke to Tahsin Ahmed from Baristas Lounge in Whitechapel and found out that the temperature of the drink really matters. Read below to find out why you shouldn't brew extra hot coffee.

As it turned out, extra hot coffee is not served in coffee shops because it is not allowed to prepare such a drink. The fact is that during this process, the coffee beans can simply burn, which will negatively affect the taste of the drink.

The same applies to coffee with milk. Pumping in too much steam to create milk foam will make the drink taste too watery. Another important factor in making coffee with milk is the quality of the milk. High-quality milk will create a truly silky froth that will give the coffee a pleasant taste and appearance.
