Where to watch Shakhtar vs Marseille. Europa League playoffs broadcast schedule
On Thursday, February 15, Shakhtar Donetsk will play their first match of the 1/16 finals of the Europe League in the 2023/24 season. Marino Pushych's side will take on French side Marseille at the Volksparkstadion stadium in Hamburg, Germany, in what is nominally a home game.
The live broadcast of the match in Ukraine will be available on Megogo Football 1 channel, which is part of the Maximum package of the MEGOGO video service. The show will also be available for Volia TV customers.
An hour before kick-off and immediately after the match, a traditional analytical studio will be open with the participation of journalists and invited experts.
Shakhtar and Marseille have met twice in their history. In 2009, the draw brought the teams to the 1/4 finals of the UEFA Cup. The Ukrainians won both times (2-0 at home and 1-2 away).
We would like to remind you that Shakhtar is participating in the Europa League as a team that was eliminated from the Champions League, where it beat Belgian Antwerp twice and Catalan Barcelona once, but lost to Porto in the decisive match and took the final third place in Group H.
If the Orange and Blacks get past Marseille, they will play one of the following teams in the last 16: "Atalanta (Italy), Bayer Leverkusen (Germany), Brighton (England), West Ham (London, England), Real Madrid (Spain), Liverpool (England), Rangers (Glasgow, Scotland), Slavia (Prague, Czech Republic). The opponent will be determined by a draw on February 23.
