What to make with pita bread and eggs for breakfast and snack: the easiest recipe
If you want to quickly prepare a tasty and satisfying breakfast or snack dish, choose simple but healthy foods for the base, such as eggs, pita bread, cheese, vegetables, and herbs.
Nutritionist Olha Usenko shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious breakfast and snack dish – a tortilla with scrambled eggs, cheese, and vegetables.
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 tortilla
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 50 g of tomato
- 30 g of cheese
- herbs to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Pour vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan, add the egg, and then immediately place the tortilla on top, pressing it down so that it sticks to the egg and forms a solid pancake.
2. Turn the tortilla over and spread the tomato, cheese, and herb filling.
3. Let the cheese melt and heat everything under the lid.
Cut in half and you're ready to eat!
