At the intersection of unequal roads, the driver of a vehicle moving on a secondary road must give way to vehicles approaching this intersection of roadways on the main road, regardless of the direction of their further movement.
According to paragraph 16.12 of the SDA, at the intersection of equivalent roads, the driver of a non-rail vehicle is obliged to give way to vehicles approaching from the right, except for intersections where circular traffic is organized.
In this situation, paragraph 16.15 of the SDA is decisive. If it is impossible to determine the road surface (dark time of day, mud, snow, etc.) and there are no priority signs, the driver should assume that he is on a secondary road.
