What to do to keep the broth from being cloudy:

1. Put the fillet in cold water.

2. First fry the carrots and onions whole until black, then boil them, and only then take them out and chop them.

3. Do not let the broth boil too much.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 1 pc.
  • onion - 2 pcs.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • herbs (dill, parsley)
  • water - 30 ml.
  • flour - 170 g
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • spices (salt, pepper, 10 vegetables)

Method of preparation:

1. Put the chicken fillet to cook.

2. Meanwhile, fry the onions and carrots in a frying pan.

3. After boiling, remove the foam.

4. Add the fried vegetables and dill and parsley stalks.

5. Cook for another 45 minutes over low heat.

6. For pasta, mix water, egg and flour.

7. Stir and leave to rest.

8. Remove everything from the broth, and cut the chicken.

9. Add only the fried carrots and onions to the broth and cook for 5-7 minutes.

10. Then roll out the dough and cut it into strips.

11. Add the noodles to the broth, cook for another 5 minutes, and add the chopped chicken.

12. Sprinkle with herbs, and let it brew.
