A year ago, experts predicted these trends as part of their travel forecasts. Google has now released official data and shown which trends and destinations have actually gained popularity this year.

10. Dubrovnik Croatia

Croatia is gradually gaining a reputation as the most popular tourist destination in Europe. The Adriatic coast is recognized as one of the most attractive and cleanest on the continent. The top cities are Split and Zagreb. And the historic city of Dubrovnik is on the first place. Croatia has more than 4000 km of coastline, so there is a huge selection of beaches.
