Vitamin beetroot salad: a recipe for the whole family
Baked and boiled beets are the best vegetable for making delicious, light salads, appetizers, and sauces. Beets go well with both pickled and fresh vegetables.
The cook shared a recipe for a very healthy, tasty, and easy-to-prepare beetroot salad on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- boiled beets – 4 pcs.
- fresh cucumbers – 3 pcs.
- purple onions – 1 pc.
- mixed salad leaves
Dressing:
- oil – 50 ml
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic – 2 cloves
- oregano – 1 tsp.
- Provencal herbs – 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the boiled young beets, cucumbers, and onions into slices.
2. Dressing: mix all the ingredients, pour over the salad and toss.
Add the salad leaves before serving!
