- Purple cabbage – 350 g

- Bread – 100 g
Dressing:
- Yogurt – 3 tbsp
- Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Lemon juice – 1/2 pc
- Salt, pepper – to taste
- Chopped dill – 2 tbsp
- Oil – 30 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Thinly chop the cabbage and mash it to make it softer.
2. Cut the bread into small cubes, drizzle with oil, put in the oven, or toast in a frying pan.
3. Peel and cut the apple into small cubes.
4. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing and pour over the cabbage. Add the apple and croutons before serving.
