Ingredients:
- 500 g of chicken liver
- 2 large onions
- 2 large carrots
- 1 jar of pickled cucumbers (500 g)
- 6 boiled eggs
- 200 g of grated cheese
- mayonnaise
Method of preparation:
1. Boil or fry the liver. Then grate it together with boiled eggs and cheese.
