Ukrzaliznytsia has launched a new Intercity+ train on a popular route: ticket prices

A new train will run between Kyiv and Odesa. Tickets for it are already on sale.

This was reported by Ukrzaliznytsia. They noted that

• the train will run "on selected dates";
• the new train number is 761/762.

"Additional Intercity+ flights between Odesa and Kyiv. The route will be operated by Tarpan, an interregional dual-system train EKr1-001, which celebrates exactly 10 years of operation this summer and has undergone scheduled repairs. Tickets are already available in the Ukrzaliznytsia app," the statement said.

How much do tickets cost?

For the August 23 flight from Kyiv to Odesa, tickets are sold for 1st and 2nd class seats. Prices:

• 1st class - 1,030 UAH;
• 2nd class - UAH 528.

For the return flight, tickets are also sold for 1st and 2nd class cars. They cost the same.

Schedule of the new train

Since the class of the new train is Intercity+, it will be a daytime high-speed train. That is, it will arrive at the final station on the day of departure.

The train will depart from Kyiv at 06:03. From Odesa - at 14.20.

As OBOZ.UA reported, earlier Ukrzaliznytsia extended verification through Diia.Signature to a number of international flights. The new rules came into effect on August 1.
