Ukrainians are offered a salary of 50 thousand UAH for working from home: what are the vacancies

In Ukraine, the State Employment Service has published more than 257 thousand vacancies on the Unified Job Portal. Among them, there are offers of remote work with salaries starting at UAH 50 thousand.

This is stated in the portal data. Among the offers is a vacancy for an HR director with a salary of UAH 80 thousand (remotely). Requirements for a competitor: experience in a similar position lasting at least two years in a company of 100 people. It is also important that the competitor has experience of working remotely. Areas of responsibility:

• Recruiting (process management)
• 1-to-1 with team members to measure their level of satisfaction, boost their spirits, and open communication
• Employee onboarding (documentation, communication, support, creating standards, and setting up the process)
• Building an internal and external HR brand
• HR record keeping

Another vacancy is for a sales manager (remote) with a salary of UAH 55 thousand. "We work remotely – so you can work in a comfortable environment from anywhere in the world without being tied to a specific location," the ad says.

Responsibilities:

• Sell company products over the phone
• Fill in and correctly maintain CRM
• 1C insurance consultant with a salary of UAH 50 thousand.

The specialist should advise on working with software products, and participate in automation projects. Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in the insurance industry (not sales)
• Knowledge of 1C at the level of an experienced user is required
• Knowledge of insurance laws, accounting principles
• Participation in the implementation of the accounting system
• Experience in writing the Terms of Reference for the improvement of the accounting system
• Knowledge of typical business processes of insurance companies (insurance, reinsurance, settlement)
• Knowledge of accounting, tax, and management accounting principles
• Good communication skills
• High level of responsibility and organization

• Participation in automation projects as a task setter, tester, or consultant (preferred)
• Remote copywriter with a salary of 75 thousand UAH.

Among the conditions: more than two years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related field (SMM/marketing agencies, product companies, and freelance platforms). Among the requirements for applicants:

• Language skills: Advanced English (C1 level will be a big plus)
• SEO knowledge: understanding of SEO principles and best practices
• Knowledge of SMM: understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and audiences
• Copywriting skills: the ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive texts
• Creativity: a passion for storytelling and the ability to create interesting content
