The Ukrainian national football team won a secret "unnecessary" match in Poland
Ukraine's national football team defeated Lechia, which ranks third in the second league of the Polish football championship. The friendly match in Gdansk at the Polsat Plus Arena ended with a score of 2-0. The game was held behind closed doors without broadcasting and press access.
"The Yellow and Blues scored one goal in each half. In the 28th minute, Dnipro-1 central midfielder Yevhen Pykhalionok scored. In the 58th minute, Shakhtar's midfielder Yegor Nazarina scored in the Lechia goal.
A week ago, journalist and commentator Viktor Vatsko said in his author's program on the YouTube channel Vatsko Live that UEFA was trying to do everything to prevent the Ukrainians from preventing the Italians from reaching the European Championship. Allegedly, it was for this purpose that the unnecessary match against Serhiy Rebrov was invented.
As OBOZ.UA previously reported, Ukraine will play the final qualifying match for Euro 2024 against Italy on Monday, November 20. The TV channels that will broadcast the game in our country have already been named, and bookmakers have also made their forecasts for this match.
