Drone attack on a refinery in Russia

The aggressor country Russia has complained about another drone attack on the oil refinery in Volgograd. On the night of Sunday, March 12, explosions were heard there again, followed by a fire.

Local authorities claim that there were no casualties. Footage of the explosive night in Volgograd was shared on Russian Telegram channels.

Some videos show the surprise of Russians that "something is flying" in the sky, while others show the explosions.

The propagandists clarified that several loud explosions near the refinery in the Krasnoarmeysky District occurred around 02:30, and before that, residents heard the characteristic sound of a UAV flying overhead.

According to Russian sources, even though "enemy drones were suppressed by electronic warfare", they still entered the territory of the enterprise and caused a fire.

The region's governor, Andrei Bocharov, confirmed that there was a fire on the plant's premises. At the same time, he said that it was quickly extinguished and no one was injured.
