UAV attacks oil refinery near Krasnodar

On the night of Sunday, October 29, an unknown drone attacked the Afip oil refinery in the Krasnodar region of Russia. After the explosion, flames were seen on the territory of the enterprise.

Officially, the aggressor country confirmed only a "light fire" and no casualties. This was reported by propaganda Telegram channels (to watch the video, scroll to the end).

According to them, a UAV crashed on the territory of the Afip oil refinery in the Seversky district around 03:24 on Sunday. After the explosion, a "localized fire" occurred there.

The propagandists claim that the plant's services promptly extinguished the fire within half an hour.

"The causes of the incident are being established. According to preliminary data, there were no casualties," Russian publicists write.

They also quoted a statement from the Russian Defense Ministry, which claimed that during the night, Russian air defense allegedly destroyed as many as 36 aircraft-type drones over the Black Sea and the northwestern part of occupied Crimea.

As a reminder, the Afip refinery has already suffered a UAV attack. It was on the night of May 31, when a fuel oil distillation unit caught fire after a powerful explosion on the plant's premises. The fire then covered about 100 square meters of area.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, on the night of October 26, Russia complained about the attack of "Ukrainian" drones on the Kursk NPP located in Kurchatov. The propagandists even claimed that one of the UAVs "exploded near a warehouse with nuclear waste."
