This famous UPL club officially lost its head coach
Football club Zorya has announced that Valeriy Kryventsov has decided to resign from his coaching position after the match of the 4th round of the group stage of the Conference League, in which Zorya met Maccabi Tel Aviv and lost 1-3.
It is noted that Kryventsov wrote a letter of resignation of his own free will. His assistant Oleksandr Koval also resigned along with him.
Yuriy Koval, who previously held the position of sports director, was appointed acting head coach.
Earlier, it was announced that Mladen Bartulovic will be preparing the team for the upcoming match, which is scheduled for Sunday, November 12, in the 14th round of the UPL against LNZ.
Zorya is currently ranked 13th in the UPL, given that it has two games in hand. We would like to remind you that the team was led by Nenad Lalatovic in the summer, who left the club at the end of August.
As OBOZ.UA reported, a few days ago, Zorya conceded a humiliating goal to Israeli Maccabi in the 4th round of the Conference League.
