OBOZREVATEL will tell you some interesting facts about such famous actors as Keanu Reeves, Harrison Ford, and Jason Isaacs. They proved that their creative ideas deserve attention (to see the photos, scroll to the end of the page).
Keanu Reeves - "John Wick"
The franchise starring the legendary Canadian actor Keanu Reeves has been a favorite among viewers for many years. However, few people know that the first part could have been a fiasco if the actor hadn't gotten into a dispute with the screenwriters. That's because, according to the original plan, John Wick was a 70-year-old man who worked as a mercenary many years ago. And they planned to give the main role to Clint Eastwood or Harrison Ford. But during the casting, the director liked the charismatic Keanu. Reeves refused to use artificial aging and suggested making the plot more dynamic.
Harrison Ford - "Blade Runner"
American actor Harrison Ford became a public favorite thanks to his role as replicant hunter Rick Deckard in the movie Blade Runner. Many other famous actors, such as Dustin Hoffman or Jack Nicholson, claimed the role. However, Ridley Scott chose the young Ford. But it is likely that he later regretted it. The plot of the movie was supposed to reveal the truth - Deckard himself is a replicant and hunts his own relatives. Harrison was outraged by this twist and began to argue with the film producer. As a result, the celebrities found a compromise and agreed to leave the ending open so that the audience could decide for themselves who Rick Deckard really is.
Jason Isaacs - "Harry Potter"
Lucius Malfoy, the father of Harry Potter's main rival Draco Malfoy, was supposed to be a short-haired and gray-haired man with a running eye and a funny striped suit. But the British actor Jason Isaacs, who played the role, did not agree with this image. The actor ridiculed the character, saying that he had been playing villains for years and knew what Malfoy should look like. The celebrity decided that Lucius would have long white hair, aristocratic habits and a proud look. And he was right! The secondary character has become one of the most striking.
