They can't come up with their own. Russia has stolen the cartoon "Cars" from Pixar, replacing it with "Kopeika": the characters will be voiced by Russian politicians

In Russia, the so-called process of import substitution is underway, the essence of which is that Russians are simply stealing products from the West they hate. This happened to the film industry as well. The animators of the terrorist country presented a cartoon called "Kopiyka", which is an exact copy of the cult Pixar story "Cars".

The stolen cartoon is being developed by the Grom company. The project was presented at a pitching at the Film Fund. This was reported by propaganda online resources.

The main characters of Kopiyka, as you might have guessed, are cars from the domestic automotive industry. The plot will unfold in the automotive world, which is under threat. The characters, including Lada, Zhiguli and others, will drive around Russia, China and India.

Each character will represent different concerns that are supposed to invest money in the cartoon. At the pitching, they said that "almost all companies agreed."

The Russian animators were not original with the main character either. In American Cars, it's a red sports car named Lightning McQueen. In Kopiyka, the protagonist will also be red, but it's not a sports car, it's a VAZ-2101.

The most epic thing is that Grom is planning to involve Russian politicians in the voice acting. Representatives of the studio assure that they have already agreed on this with almost all of the Kremlin's henchmen, except for "one person with whom they have not yet spoken."

The network has even fantasized about what the car versions of famous Russian terrorists, including President Volodymyr Putin and Defense Minister Serhii Shoigu, will look like.

Meanwhile, the web is asking a very logical rhetorical question: "Do any original ideas ever slip through in Russia?"

Earlier, OBOZREVATEL wrote that a series about Kyivan Princess Olga will be created by order of the Russian propaganda Channel One. The director is Russian Valeria Gai Germanica, who promised to "rethink history" and tell it "in a new way."
