The UAF punished the UPL club for a symbolic kick to the ball by the Commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The Control and Disciplinary Committee of the Ukrainian Football Association (CDC UAF) has fined Kyiv football club Obolon for violating regulations. According to Obolon's director, Oleksandr Reznichenko, the club is accused of violating Article 15 of the UPL regulations and Article 42 of the disciplinary rules.
Reznichenko explained that on February 26, the match against Chornomorets was delayed due to a symbolic kick of the ball by the Hero of Ukraine, Colonel Denys Dykyi, who hails from Okhtyrka.
"Two minutes were delayed because of the Chornomorets team, as they came out of the locker room late, and one minute because of this kick," Reznichenko was quoted as saying by Ukrainian Football.
Dykyi was presented with a T-shirt signed by the players, a ball, and a scarf, and the president of Obolon spoke to him. The match ended in a 1-1 draw.
"Thanks to heroes like these, we can play football in this difficult time, and we are very grateful for that," Reznichenko summarized.
