The trailer for Jurassic World Rebirth: when will it be released in the cinema

Universal's Jurassic World movie franchise will be expanded with a new film this year. The universe created by the legendary Steven Spielberg will be joined by a film with the subtitle "Rebirth" and its trailer is already available online. 

The video was released on the Jurassic World YouTube channel, which is entirely dedicated to the sci-fi franchise. It introduces the main characters and some details of the movie's plot.

According to the synopsis, Rebirth takes place five years after the events of the previous film Dominion. The environmental situation on Earth is unfavorable for dinosaurs. The surviving animals live in isolated equatorial centers with a special climate. Three of the most colossal creatures that live on land, in the sea and in the air within this tropical biosphere contain in their DNA the key to a cure that should bring humanity salvation from heart disease. 

Specialist in covert operations Zora Bennett (Scarlett Johansson) leads a team to protect the dinosaurs' genetic material. However, due to a series of circumstances, her people find themselves trapped on an island that once housed a secret research center. Here, in an area inhabited by dinosaurs, people come face to face with a sinister, shocking discovery that has been hidden from the world for decades.

In addition to Johansson, the cast of Jurassic World Rebirth cast includes Mahershala Ali and Jonathan Bailey. The film is directed by Gareth Edwards (Rogue One). The project was written by David Keppa, the author of Spielberg's original Jurassic Park and its first sequel.

The film will debut in the Ukrainian box office on July 3 this year. The world premiere of Jurassic World Rebirth is scheduled for July 4.
