The premiere received more than 72 million viewed hours in its first week and hit the top 10 in 90 countries, according to Netflix ratings. The sequel will be released as early as January 16.
Most of the cast from the first season returns to their roles, including Anna Cathcart, Choi Min-young, Sang Heon Lee, Anthony Keyvan and others. They are joined by three newcomers - Audrey Huynh as Stella, Sasha Bhasin as Praveena, and Joshua Lee as Jin.
