The ranking of the most effective universities in Ukraine in 2023 has been published

The Center for International Projects "Euroeducation" has published a rating of the effectiveness of Ukrainian universities in the main research project competitions in 2023. The top three are the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute", Lviv Polytechnic National University, and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

The information was posted on the center's official website. The ranking was compiled by determining the coefficients obtained at the HORIZON Europe and Erasmus competitions, the National Research Foundation of Ukraine, bilateral projects, government-funded programs, and young scientists' initiatives.

The following higher education institutions are next on the list:

5 – Ivan Franko National University of Lviv

6 – Zhukovsky National Aerospace University "Kharkiv Aviation Institute"

7 – National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine

8 – V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University

9 – National Technical University "Dnipro Polytechnic"

10 – Kyiv National University of Technology and Design

11 – Mechnikov Odesa National University

12 – King Danylo University

13 – Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture and the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy

14 – Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University

15 – Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology and Odesa State Environmental University

17 – National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute"

18 – Chernihiv Polytechnic National University

19 – Dnipro State Medical University and Odesa National Technological University

20 – National University of Water and Environmental Engineering

We would like to remind you that 14 Ukrainian universities were included in the list of one of the most prestigious world rankings published by Times Higher Education. Sumy State University entered the world's top 500. It is followed by Lviv Polytechnic, which was ranked 601-800. The third place was taken by Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics and was included in the list of 1001-1200.
