On the evening of Friday, September 20, the troops of the aggressor country, the Russian Federation, attacked Kharkiv with anti-aircraft guns. The hits were recorded in the very center of the city and in the private sector of the Kholodnohirsky district, and 11 people were injured.

In total, the regional center was hit three times. This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, and the mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov.

The missiles hit Shevchenkivskyi, Kyivskyi, and Kholodnohirskyi districts of the city. In particular, the strikes were made near a medical facility and on a roadway in the city center.

"A car is on fire. Kiosks, windows of hospital buildings, and a hotel near which there was an enemy hit earlier were damaged," the OVA reported.

So far, 15 people have been reported injured in Kharkiv, including children aged 10 and 12 with acute stress reactions and a 17-year-old teenager. Eight people are hospitalized.

The medical institution in Kharkiv, not far from where the plane arrived, is functioning. No significant damage to the premises was reported, although one of the buildings had damaged window glazing, Syniehubov said.

"Four patients of the hospital, near which the enemy hit, also asked for help and received light shrapnel wounds," he added.

The Kharkiv regional police showed the moment when one of the KABs hit in Kharkiv.

The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office reported that a Su-34 aircraft was used to strike the city, launching three guided aerial bombs from the city of Belgorod. According to preliminary data, these were FAB-250s from the UMPC.

As of 08:20 am, the State Emergency Service reported that the number of victims of the evening attack by Russia on September 20 is 11. In particular, three minors were injured. Civilian infrastructure and private houses were damaged.

SES rescuers extinguished a fire in a car and a dry grass fire in two different areas with a total area of more than 1 hectare.

To eliminate the consequences of the enemy attack, 17 vehicles and 70 rescuers were engaged.

Earlier, at around 17:00 on September 20, Russian occupation forces carried out two attacks on Kharkiv using guided aerial bombs. At least three people were injured in the attack.

As OBOZ.UA reported, on the morning of September 20, the Russian occupiers attacked Kharkiv region again. A farm in one of the settlements of Chuhuiv district came under MLRS fire: buildings were damaged, a fire broke out, two people were injured, and animals died.
