On the morning of September 13, Russian troops dropped three guided bombs on Sumy region. The village of Yampil, Shostka district, came under attack: there are destructions.
The strike killed two people and injured several others, including a child. The details of another Russian war crime were disclosed by the Sumy Regional Prosecutor's Office.

They said that the occupiers struck Yampil at about 9 a.m. According to preliminary data, the Russians dropped three guided bombs on the civilian infrastructure of the settlement.

A 60-year-old man was killed on the spot as a result of the attack: he was driving through the village in his own car. Another man, 54, died in the hospital. His death was reported at 11:30.
Two civilians were wounded, including a 4-year-old child.
A local resident who was driving through the village in his car came under fire.
He died on the spot.
Private houses and a pharmacy were destroyed.
"Under the procedural supervision of the Shostka District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation is being conducted into the violation of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Prosecutors, in cooperation with other law enforcement agencies, are documenting the consequences of the shelling. In the future, the materials of the criminal proceedings will be transferred to the Office of the Security Service of Ukraine in Sumy region," the Sumy Regional Prosecutor's Office said.
Earlier, it became known that on the same day, the occupiers dropped explosives from a drone in Kherson region. Two civilians were injured as they were hit right on the street of their village.
It was also reported that on the night of September 13 , Russia launched another attack on Ukraine. As of 9 a.m., the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported the destruction of 24 out of 26 enemy Shahed drones. The hunt for one attack drone was still ongoing.
In particular, Odesa and Odesa district came under attack at night. There, the falling wreckage of downed drones damaged houses and cars, and there is also a victim.
