The cook shared a recipe for Zebra pie with chocolate on Instagram, which is very simple and quick to prepare.
Ingredients:
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Sugar - 200 g
- Vanilla sugar - 20 g
- Milk - 150 g
- Flavorless vegetable oil - 150 g
- Flour - 300 g
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
- Cocoa - 50 g
- Chocolate drops or icing
Method of preparation:
1. Add sugar and vanilla to the eggs. Beat until fluffy and add milk and oil. Mix until smooth. Then add flour and baking powder. Mix everything until smooth.
2. Divide the mass into about 2 parts. A little more white should remain, so add cocoa and chocolate to the smaller one and mix everything.
3. Put the dough in a mold with parchment - a spoonful of white, a spoonful of chocolate.
Bake at 180 for about 40 minutes!
