Cottage cheese pancakes are a delicious and truly Ukrainian dessert. It is best when it is made with homemade eggs and cottage cheese. This dish will complement any celebration or family tea party.

The idea of making delicious pancakes with cottage cheese was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Dariia with the nickname daria dish. To make the cottage cheese hold its shape, you don't need to add a whole egg, but only the yolk.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • eggs – 4-5 pcs.
  • milk – 300 ml.
  • water – 100 ml.
  • flour – 200 g
  • oil – 1 tbsp.
  • sugar – 2 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Beat eggs with sugar and a little milk.

2. Gradually add flour until the consistency of thick sour cream.

3. Add the remaining oil, water, and milk (the dough should be easy to spoon out).

Ingredients for the filling:

  • cottage cheese – 300 g
  • egg yolk – 1 pc.
  • sugar – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Roll the filling into pancakes (do not add too much).

2. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown at 190 degrees.
