The most delicious chicken fillet with pineapple and cheese: we share a simple recipe for lunch meat
Chicken, pineapples, and cheese are a trio that can be used to make absolutely any dish. It all depends on how much time you can devote to cooking. For a quick lunch, you can simply bake the fillet in the oven – it will be very juicy and not dry at all.
The idea of cooking juicy baked chicken fillet with pineapple and cheese was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anastasia Redko (tsarlova n). You can make this dish in a maximum of 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet
- specialties
- canned pineapples
- mayonnaise (can be replaced with sour cream + soy sauce)
- hard cheese
Ingredients for the batter:
- eggs
- flour
Method of preparation:
1. For the batter, mix the eggs with the flour until light and thick.
2. Cut the chicken into pieces.
3. Pound, and season with salt and pepper.
4. Dip in batter and fry on both sides for 5 minutes until golden brown.
5. Remove from heat, and let cool slightly.
6. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
7. Put the fried chicken.
8. Spread mayonnaise on top (can be replaced with sour cream + soy), put canned pineapples, cover with hard grated cheese, and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
