The leader of Poshlaya Molly spoke rudely about the Polish language in Warsaw

The frontman of the well-known Ukrainian rock band Poshlaya Molly, who was building a career in Russia before Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, has spoken disparagingly about the Polish language. Kyrylo "Pale" Tymoshenko swearfully stated that Poles should "learn a normal language," i.e. Russian.

In his stories, the artist said that Poland should "join the Russian Empire, like before." The following videos were filmed at the pro-Ukrainian concert of the band Nervy in Warsaw (to see photos, scroll to the bottom of the page).

"Do you know what annoys me in Poland? The Polish language annoys me. I don't understand why we have to speak this f**king language when we have Russian. Guys, just learn Russian and speak a normal language. There is the Russian Empire. Just join it, f***, like before. And speak a normal language, f***ers," Tymoshenko said, after which he translated his swear word into Polish.

It is noteworthy that the tour of "Poshlaya Molly" will soon start in Europe and beyond. Concerts in Gdansk, Poznan, Krakow, Wroclaw, and Warsaw are scheduled for November-December this year. The band has not performed in Ukraine or Russia since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.

Such a pro-Russian statement is at odds with the band's previously stated position. For example, posters from the band's charity tour in 2022, when they toured under the slogan "Save Ukraine," are still available online. There are also mentions of charity concerts back in March 2022.

There are no posts about the war in Ukraine on their page, but there are many positive comments from Russians. It should also be added that "Poshlaya Molly" released only one track on February 24, 2022. It was recorded with the Russian singer HOFMANNITA, who has no public political position.

At the same time, they are friends with the pro-Ukrainian band Nervy, which proves its support for its native people with words and deeds, helps the Armed Forces, and records new songs in Ukrainian. The following videos of Tymoshenko were filmed at Nervy's concert.

Earlier, OBOZ.UA wrote that the tour of rapper Ivan Minaev, better known under the pseudonym XOLIDAYBOY, in Russia came to an early end. The singer from the temporarily occupied Crimea, who proved his love for Russia, was handed a draft notice.
