The Russians are not yet able to implement the "vouchers" because of the dangerous situation they are creating, but they firmly believe that they will be able to do so soon. The Russian dictator's press secretary, Dmitry Peskov, shared his absurd fantasies with the propaganda media.

Thus, according to Putin's henchman, tourism in the occupied and destroyed by Russia Donbas "will develop as a safe and peaceful life is established there." As one might have guessed, they plan to eliminate threats to this peaceful life through the so-called "special operation."

"As peaceful life becomes more widespread there, as a result of the continuation and completion of the SVO, the threats to peaceful life will disappear, and more and more tourists will come there," Peskov said meanly.

To his cynical and contradictory statements, the Kremlin jester added that "there is already a tourist flow to Donbas." Russian "tourists" allegedly come to the occupied Ukrainian territories to visit "places of military glory."

"So life is getting better, it is getting better very quickly. And as we eradicate the threat to these regions, there will be more tourists," Putin's spokesman said in another dose of cynicism.
