The famous Swedish heavyweight Otto Wallin (27-2-0-1, 15 KOs) won a super-speedy victory over Nigerian Onoriode Evarieme (20-5, 19 KOs). The fight at the Tropicana Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City (USA) ended in the 1st round.

The boxers started the fight in a kind of reconnaissance, "fencing" with jabs and trying to find the weaknesses of the opponent's defense. At the 40th second, the 33-year-old Swede threw his first punch, which turned out to be the last one in the fight.

A left hook to the chin was fatal for the Nigerian fighter. Evarieme fell to the canvas, managed to get up, but he was shaken and almost fell on the referee. He immediately stopped the fight.

As OBOZ.UA previously reported, Wallin suffered a crushing defeat against British Anthony Joshua (27-3, 24 KOs) last December. The 12-round fight at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) ended after the 5th three minutes with a technical knockout.

Before that, Otto ignored the Russian Murat Gassiev. During the weigh-in ceremony, Wallin did not shake hands with the representative of the aggressor country.

The fight between Gassiev and Wallin ended in a sensational defeat for the 29-year-old native of Vladikavkaz. After 12 rounds, the Russian lost by split decision - 113:115, 113:115, 117:111.
