A Bible message was found in the yard of a house destroyed by Hurricane Helen in North Carolina (USA). A man who came to see the terrible consequences of the disaster found a Bible among the rubble.

The scripture was opened to chapters 14 and 15, which describe how people will be punished and die because of a series of great disasters. The Revelation says that the earth will be destroyed to make way for a new order of Heaven and Earth, writes DailyMail.

"This house was originally filled in and flooded up to the roof. The man who lives here had to be rescued from the roof," said Benjamin Fuller, who found the disturbing message.

"Of all the things that were destroyed, the Bible remained open, and it's standing there, we don't touch it," the man added.

The Book of Revelation chapter 14:2 reads: "I heard a sound from heaven. It was like the roar of rushing waters and loud thunder."

These words resonate with a terrible reality. After all, Hurricane Helene tore through 16 eastern states of the United States and claimed the lives of more than 230 people who were found in the rubble, in backyards and in floodwaters.

Chapter 15 of the Bible sets the stage for the last seven plagues that people must endure on Earth before they can enter the temple of the Lord, including devastation in the water, intense heat that will burn people, and an earthquake that will destroy islands and mountains.

"The sanctuary was filled with smoke from the glory of God and from His power, and no one could enter the sanctuary until the seven plagues of the seven angels were over," Revelation 15:8 says.

After the video was published, many people began to tell their own stories about celestial signs. Cindy Cole, 62, said that an unknown voice woke her up as Hurricane Helene was approaching her home and told her to leave her bedroom before a tree crashed into the wall.

Despite the severe damage to the building, Cindy said her Bible was the only thing that remained completely intact. "When I first saw the holy book, I said: "Oh, look! I can't believe the Bible is still standing,'" she said.
