The dream of most drivers: an expert named the world's best luxury cars
A luxury car is not just a whim. As a rule, such cars demonstrate remarkable reliability, and the manufacturer makes sure that the owner does not have any unnecessary hassle during operation and repair.
However, not all luxury models and brands have an equally good reputation. GoBankingRates asked Austin Faro, a mechanic with ten years of experience, to name his favorites. And unexpectedly, his list did not include the Germans Mercedes, BMW, and Audi. Faro opted for completely different cars.
Mazda
"I would recommend Mazda because the brand is nipping at the heels of the luxury market from the beginning of 2019," Faro said. In his opinion, they offer a reasonable price, combined with high reliability and competitive ability when it comes to technical equipment, interior trim, and innovative design. And all this is combined with a warranty that does not depend on the mileage. Mazda is the only manufacturer that offers this option as a standard feature. At the same time, the mechanic particularly highlighted three models of the brand:
- CX9
- CX90
- Mazda 6
Rolls-Royce La Rose Noire Droptail
Yes, this beauty costs more than $30 million, but it also offers incredible luxury both inside and out. Attention to detail is felt here in every detail. From the anti-corrosion treatment of the body to the power and speed, from the leather interior upholstery to the full range of customization options.
Pagani Huayra
This mid-engine sports car produced by the Italian Pagani stable costs about $1.5 million. And it is worth the money. The Huayra has a top speed of about 380 km/h, accelerates to 100 km/h in 2.8 seconds, and is equipped with a 5.98-liter twin-turbo Mercedes-AMG V-12 engine. While the previous Rolls-Royce offers uncompromising luxury, the Pagani Huayra impresses with its incredible power and speed.
Porsche 911 S/T 2024
According to experts, the Porsche stable has worked hard to create the best car of all time when it comes to the luxury car market. The S/T costs from $300,000 and impresses with a large set of improvements. It produces 518 hp thanks to a turbocharged six-cylinder engine that costs $120,000 by itself. The novelty can be used both as a sports car and as a GT car.
